Neal McCulloh becomes an Attorney and is hired as an Associate Attorney at Ken Clayton’s law firm.

Ken Clayton & Neal McCulloh decide to form the law firm of Clayton & McCulloh practicing primarily in Community Association Law.  Its first office is located in downtown Orlando at 220 North Palmetto Avenue, near Lake Eola.
October 1988
Arlene-Frances Ring, Director of Public Relations, serves as the President of the Mid Florida Chapter of Community Associations Institute and a three year term on its Board of Directors.
February 1995
Clayton & McCulloh opens its first Brevard County office in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida.
Clayton & McCulloh hosts its first firm seminar in Melbourne Beach.  The seminar is so successful that the firm decides to launch annual Community Association Law Seminars conveniently located around the state.
Client growth excels so much that the firm expands to a 10,000 sq. foot building located in the Maitland Center, just outside of Downtown Orlando.

Clayton & McCulloh opens a satellite office in Daytona Beach.
February 2000
Clayton & McCulloh prevails at trial court, at the 5th DCA in Florida, before the Supreme Court of Florida and before the U.S. Supreme Court (denial of Writ of Certiorari) in the case of Bryan v. Clayton & McCulloh.

Clayton & McCulloh becomes an exclusive partner with the non-profit organization, North East Community Association Managers (NECAM), serving the greater Jacksonville area.  Arlene Ring is elected to the Board and serves as President through February of 2012.

Clayton & McCulloh closes Daytona Beach office.

Ken Clayton & Neal McCulloh form Community Association Title, Inc. (CAT) to expand the already numerous services we offer its clients to also include title searches, real estate closing services and issuance of title insurance.

Clayton & McCulloh introduces mortgage foreclosure defense with deferred payments as an additional service offered to its clients.

Clayton & McCulloh leases additional office space in the Paragon Building in Maitland, adjacent to their Main Office, to house its Public Relations, Client Services, and Business Development Departments

Once again, due to continued growth, Clayton & McCulloh leases additional office space in the Diplomat Building, located in Winter Park to house its Special Circumstances Collection Department

Clayton & McCulloh becomes one of the founding Exclusive Partners in the non-profit organization Brevard Community Association Management, Inc. (BCAM), serving primarily Brevard County.  Arlene Ring is elected President of BCAM and serves on the Board of Directors.
February 2013
Clayton & McCulloh remodels and leases additional space in the Diplomat Building on Lee Road in Orlando to house its entire Collections Department.  The Public Relations, Clients Services, and Business Development along with CAT Departments relocate back to the Main Office in Maitland.
May 2014
Paul West becomes a Partner within the firm.
