Clayton & McCulloh’s Collections Department is comprised of teams of Attorneys, Paralegals, and Clerks. Each team is assigned specific counties for work assignments.  Clayton & McCulloh recognizes the importance of being acquainted with the individual Judges and Judicial Assistants on an on-going basis. This Department handles such matters as:

  • Sending out demand letters;

  • Filing liens and lien foreclosures;

  • Mortgage foreclosures;

  • Bankruptcies;

  • Receiverships;

  • Tenant evictions;

  • Writs of possession;

  • Estoppel processing;

  • Payment/settlement plan arrangements; and

  • much more.

Attorneys and Paralegals stay up to date with new case law and statutes to streamline the collection process. Our case management software is also used to keep the cases moving in the swiftest way possible guarantee Associations can rectify a problem property as quickly as possible.  Our Attorneys will meet our clients to discuss collection strategies with when requested on a complimentary basis. Additionally, clients are able to access online status reports, online account statements, and online payment options through our website.  Owners have online access to make payments, request payoffs, and request payment plans through our website.  All ways in which we are Embracing Community
